Responsibilities

  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter

  • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas

  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience

  • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media

  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions

  • Present completed ideas to clients/team members

  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years Art Director experience

  • Work experience on Pharma Industry, Logistics and Associations

  • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design

  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well

  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Relevant education or training

Responsibilities

  • Creative graphics solutions and ideas Storyboarding and conceptualising ideas for high profile projects Designing title sequences, promos, and programme idents

  • Creating original ideas for new onscreen brands

  • To deliver work to a high standard whilst meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • At least 5 years motion graphic design experience (Essential)

  • Experience of graphics within a broadcast environment

  • Previous experience working on pharma, logisitics and associations

  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and set briefs

  • Advanced knowledge of Creative Cloud packages, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects

  • Ability to visualise concepts with excellent storyboard skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage social communities

  • Project management: working with internal account teams and external brand teams/agency partners to manage end to end delivery across all of your accounts

  • Content management: briefing & approving creative and scheduling content

  • Influencer management: scouting effective partnerships and making them happen

  • Community management: copywriting and strategically managing all communication on the platforms we're managing

  • Reporting: analysing data and producing insightful reports for your clients so they know about all the great stuff we're doing

 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a social media position

  • Strong insights and applicable experience in growing, maintaining and build a brand's social media presence

  • Proven ability to own and manage all social media from end-to-end: managing all efforts from strategy & planning, creative development, daily execution and community management.

  • Mentally tough and strong-willed. You do not give up when new initiatives fail

  • Frugal and scrappy mentality. You are not afraid to be on the ground floor and do the dirty work while maintaining high standards

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day running of your accounts, with a focus on client and project management, alongside the support of management leads to guide you.

  • Working with the influencer, creative, strategy and social team to ensure briefs and work streams are delivered to the highest standards.

  • Management and coordination of the general account, in conjunction with budget and output expectations. • General client management and communication.

  • Responsible for creative campaign ideation, pitches and strategic processes alongside the wider internal teams.

  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • At least 5 years of experience in agency, ideally with a focus on pharmaceuticals.

  • Highly organized with a background in managing projects with a variety of stakeholders & service types.

  • Must be flexible, a strong multi-tasker and willing to work across all functions of a creator roster.

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Great building relationships, written and communication skills.
